SIPERNAT® 830 (ZEOLEX® 330)

Description:

Zeolex® 330 is an amorphous sodium aluminosilicate powder for use in paints and coatings applications as a titanium dioxide (TiO2) extender and gloss sheen control agent. Zeolex 330 is the whitest and brightest of the Huber Zeolex family. Zeolex 330 provides excellent opacity, whiteness, brightness, flatting and scrub resistance for interior architectural
formulations.
Zeolex 330 pigment is used as an extender for titanium dioxide on both sides of CPVC. Below CPVC, the small particles of 0.1 to 0.5 microns work as spacer/extenders for titanium dioxide. Above CPVC, the structure based on the particle size building blocks functions as an effective light scattering material in the paint to increase opacity or to compensate for a reduced titanium dioxide content.

SIPERNAT® 833 (ZEOLEX® 323)

Description:

Zeolex® 323 is a synthetic, amorphous, precipitated silicate. It is chemically synthesized using state-of-the art manufacturing technology. Zeolex 323 is a titanium dioxide (TiO2) extender and gloss sheen control agent. Zeolex 323 also improves light scattering and increases opacity when used in paints over CPVC where air is present in the paint film. Zeolex 323 can reduce the cost of
your interior architectural formulations while maintaining the opacity, whiteness, brightness, flattening, and scrub resistance.
